Before You Hire

Facilities usually schedule roofing contractors twice a year, usually spring and fall, and after major storms. Ask:

• Do you take commercial work, and do you service buildings like ours?
• Can you send a certificate of insurance naming us as additional insured?
• Do you work on our roof type (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal)?
